REFUND POLICY - 
Due to sanitary reasons, and the nature of our products, The Beaute Factory does not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind.
However, we take pride in our customer service and want to do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied. Should you have any issues or concerns with your order, please visit our Contact Us page to send us an email. We will respond within 24-48 business hours.
SHIPPING POLICY -
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Should we experience delays for any reason, our homepage will be updated to reflect current processing times. 
Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days.
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders $60+.
Please make sure your shipping/address information is correct, complete and has a unit number if applicable. We will not be able to correct addresses after order has been placed. 
You will be provided tracking information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or any other carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) issues. Please get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim if you have any of these concerns. 
CANCELLATION POLICY - 
Orders must be cancelled before they are shipped. Once order has been shipped, order cannot be cancelled.
